Job summary

Staffing Proxy is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join a West Texas hearing care practice serving the community for 19+ years. The role emphasizes diagnostic audiology for adults, hearing aid services, REM, and tinnitus management, with opportunities for Cochlear Implant evaluations and training.

Qualifications

• Audiology degree or HIS license required.
• Texas Audiology license or ability to obtain it.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a full patient schedule with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults, including audiometric testing, tympanometry, DPOAEs, otoscopy, and cerumen management.
• Interpret results and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, verification, troubleshooting, and follow-up care.
• Perform Cochlear Implant evaluations and counseling (training available).
• Perform tinnitus evaluations and provide tinnitus management (training available).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including VA and Texas Workforce Commission reports.
