Job summary

Interim Healthcare Staffing invites a qualified Audiologist to join our specialty clinic in Woodbury, MN. This part-time role runs Tue/Wed/Thu from 7:30am to 5:00pm, with pay up to $75/hour based on experience. Temporary assignment through November 2026 with opportunities for education and growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate in Audiology, Minnesota licensing, and at least one year of experience. You will work closely with physicians and nurses, supporting hearing evaluations and hearing

Qualifications

• Must have Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program.
• Must hold Minnesota Audiology license or Minnesota Temporary Audiology license.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an audiologist.
• Ability to perform pediatric and adult evaluations with accuracy and empathy.
• Experience in a specialty clinic and coordination with physicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and complex audiological evaluations (air/bone conduction, speech testing) for children and adults.
• Conduct clinical impedance audiometry and specialized diagnostic testing as needed.
• Assist with neonatal ABR testing and other specialty assessments.
• Evaluate amplification needs and aid hearing aid selection in collaboration with physicians.
• Train staff on earmold impressions, tympanometry, and basic hearing screenings.

Schedule/Shifts: Part-Time, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm.

Location: Specialty clinic in Woodbury, MN.

Pay rate: Up to $75/hour depending on experience.

Temporary assignment expected to start July 6 and will last through November 2026.

What we ask of you

• Basic and complex audiological evaluation including pure tone air conduction, bone conduction, and speech testing, skills with both children and adults.
• Clinical impedance audiometry, special diagnostic testing for site of lesion, malingering and other diagnostic problems.
• Neonatal testing, ABR testing, ENG testing, evaluation in specialty area of Audiology such as APD and TRT.
• Evaluate patient's need for amplification with appropriate audiological testing and appraisal of patient's hearing requirements.
• Work with manufacturers to establish a cost-effective hearing aid program and work with physicians to set up an effective referral process for audiological evaluation.
• Train support staff to take earmold impressions and make minor repairs and provide training to nurses/technicians doing hearing screenings and tympanometry.
• Assist in the development of protocols in the Audiology Department and serve as a resource to other departments when Audiology perspective is needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

What we require of you

• Must possess Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited university program.
• Must possess/maintain current Minnesota Audiology license or possess current Minnesota Temporary Audiology license.
• At least one year of experience working as an Audiologist.
• Must possess and maintain licensure or registration which allows for dispensing of Hearing Aids Dealers within the state of Minnesota.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
• Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, ability to interact with patients and staff in a courteous manner.
