Clinical Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist

American Hearing + Audiology currently has openings for Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists in Little Rock, AR.

You Will:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Implement treatment plans through counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices based on patient needs
  • Assist with clinical administrative tasks such as phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories following the Integrity Selling protocol
  • Work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills

You Will Need:

For Audiologists

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure in good standing in the state of application or the ability to obtain one within 6 months

For Hearing Instrument Specialists

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure in good standing or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • High school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required

Compensation:

  • Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday business hours
  • Salary range: $60,000 - $130,000 annually (including bonuses and commissions)
  • Relocation and student loan repayment assistance available
