American Hearing + Audiology currently has openings for Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists in Little Rock, AR.
You Will:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Implement treatment plans through counseling and education
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices based on patient needs
- Assist with clinical administrative tasks such as phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management
- Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories following the Integrity Selling protocol
- Work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills
You Will Need:
For Audiologists
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
- Valid Audiology Licensure in good standing in the state of application or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
For Hearing Instrument Specialists
- Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure in good standing or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
- High school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
Compensation:
- Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday business hours
- Salary range: $60,000 - $130,000 annually (including bonuses and commissions)
