Job summary

Northeast Hearing & Speech Center in Marshall, MN seeks a full-time Audiologist (Au.D. or licensed) to join a privately owned, family-centered clinic.

Join our team to provide diagnostic testing, hearing aid selection and fitting, and patient counseling in a patient-focused environment. This role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with generous PTO and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with diagnostic testing, hearing aid selection and fitting, patient counseling, and comprehensive hearing care.
• Ability to work in a private practice setting serving Marshall and Worthington, MN.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing assessments and determine fitting needs.
• Select and fit hearing aids and verify outcomes with patients.
• Provide counseling and education on hearing health and device use.
