Are you a Licensed Audiologist interested in an assessment-focused role serving the Veteran community?
This in-person position involves conducting medical assessments for U.S. Veterans applying for disability benefits. You will review medical records, perform Maryland CNC and Puretone Audiometric tests, and complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ). The role does not include prescribing treatments or devices.
Expected to assess 3-6 Veterans daily, with schedules offering part-time or full-time options. There are no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities, with 1 to 1.5 hours allocated per patient.
Requirements include an Au.D., graduation from an ASHA-accredited school, a current license, and VA credentialing. Benefits include malpractice insurance, health options, and CEU access.
