Job summary
Avita Health System is seeking an Audiologist for the Speech & Audiology Department at Galion location to evaluate and treat patients, following physician referrals. You will administer treatments, coordinate patient experiences, and support the team in delivering high-quality audiology care.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Audiology.
- Current State of Ohio Audiology license and department license to dispense hearing aids.
- BLS certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Preferred: Certificate of competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
- At least three years of clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Administers and applies Audiology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician.
- Evaluates, plans, directs and treats all patients referred for Audiology treatments.
- Assists patients to obtain maximum performance and function within their disability.
