Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Audiology required.
• 1 year experience in cochlear implant procedures and/or intra-operative monitoring.
• Licensure as Audiologist (California) and NPI required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs cochlear implant procedures and/or intra-operative monitoring 30–50% of time.
• Provides diagnostic evaluation of hearing and audiological services, rehabilitation and coordination of results.
• Examinations of outer ear with otoscopy; assists with hearing aid fitting and cochlear implant assessment.
• Counsels patients and families on etiology and management of hearing disorders.
• Delivers reports and coordinates audiological data with educational, medical and behavioral information.
