Job summary

HearingLife, part of the Demant family, seeks a licensed audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to join our team in the United States. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss with a customer-centric approach, fitting and advising on hearing aids while aiming to grow patient base and meet financial targets.

Responsibilities include tests, fittings, device checks, and community outreach, with uncapped commission and a base salary range of $65,000–$90,000.

Qualifications

• Active state license in audiology or HIS required.
• 2+ years hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss and ensure positive patient experience.
• Perform hearing tests, fittings, and aftercare for dispensing services.
• Troubleshoot and service hearing aids, earmolds, and related devices.
• Drive practice growth through sales and achievement of KPIs while maintaining ethical standards.
• Engage in local community outreach and physician relationship development.
