Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology required.
• Washington state Audiologist license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate degree with practicum.
• ASHA certification in Audiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing tests including pure tone air/bone conduction, speech audiometry and impedance.
• Interpret test results for patients and physicians.
• Make recommendations for medical follow-up, hearing aids and ear protection.
• Conduct hearing aid evaluations and fit aids with detailed operation instruction.
• Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting for aids purchased through this office.
