  • Interpret test results and make recommendations for treatment plans, including hearing aid selection and fitting
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic tests for patients with balance and vestibular disorders
  • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about hearing loss and communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in audiology through continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards for audiology practice
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Current state license to practice audiology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC‑A) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid selection and fitting, and counseling techniques
