Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and selections following our client-centric model, aiming for a minimum NPS score of 75.
  • Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create engaging, personalized auditory experiences.
  • Assess test results and client needs to make tailored recommendations that maximize benefits.
  • Conduct follow-ups, perform maintenance, repairs, and ear impressions, and recommend accessories.
  • Support community outreach and marketing efforts, including physician collaborations and health fairs, with at least one activity per quarter.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, FDA, HIPAA, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with hearing technology and service techniques.
  • Embody our core values of collaboration, innovation, and passion for impact.
Requirements
  • Experience in audiology or hearing aid specialization.
  • Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer interaction experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
