Staffing Proxy is partnering with ENT and Allergy Associates to recruit a full-time Audiologist Floater supporting the New York City offices (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Astoria). The Audiologist will perform diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and patient counseling while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology required; Au.D. preferred.
• Active hearing aid dispensing license (where required).
• Willingness to travel between NYC offices (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Astoria).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Counsel patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on patient needs.
• Take ear impressions and coordinate earmold/hearing aid orders.
• Provide hearing aid follow-up care, troubleshooting, and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and clinical team for coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedule while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a Diagnostic and Dispensing Audiologist who is passionate about helping patients hear better while building strong patient relationships.

Position Overview

The Audiologist will provide diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, follow‑up care, and patient counseling while working closely with ENT physicians and the clinical team.

Travel between assigned office locations is required.

The clinical scope and patient population may vary based on the needs and services offered at the assigned office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
  
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing healthcare solutions.
  
• Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on each patient's needs.
  
• Take ear impressions and coordinate earmold and hearing aid orders.
  
• Provide hearing aid follow‑up care, troubleshooting, adjustments, and ongoing patient support.
  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
  
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated patient care.
