Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Audiologist Floater for our Texas office. This full-time role requires strong clinical ability, counseling skills, and the capacity to manage an assigned schedule while helping patients hear better.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Audiology (Au.D. preferred) and an active hearing aid dispensing license. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are essential to success in our multi-site practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Audiology; Au.D. preferred and current license to dispense hearing aids.
• Strong clinical skills with patient counseling and rapport building.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients, gather history, conduct audiometric testing, and recommend hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing and ear impressions, molds, and instrument orders.
• Program and fit hearing aids; handle adjustments and patient questions.
• Maintain patient files and own the assigned schedule; coach team to meet goals.

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Hümi is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time Audiologist Floater for our Texas office location

We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the Houston Texas area due to dynamic growth. If you are a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist, if you are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport.

Salary:

$80,000-$110,000/year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids

• Diagnostic testing

• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments

• Program hearing aids

• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems

• Maintain documentation and patient files

• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities

• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities

Position Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
