A leading healthcare provider seeks an Audiologist to work at the ENT / Otolaryngology Clinic. This position involves diagnostic testing, mentoring opportunities, and program development. Candidates must hold a Doctor of Audiology, be licensed in Alabama, and demonstrate strong communication and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Audiologist - Flexi - Otolaryngology Clinic
Position Description:
Work Schedule: Flexi, Irregular
Work Location: ENT / Otolaryngology Clinic - The Kirklin Clinic
Qualified candidates should have experience with a variety of diagnostic testing including: comprehensive audiograms, tympanometry, otoacoustic emissions, acoustic reflexes, videonystagmography, electrocochleography, auditory brainstem response testing, and vestibular evoked myogenic potentials. In addition to diagnostic testing, the selected candidate will be part of a comprehensive amplification and implantable hearing devices team. There will be opportunities for mentoring and program development.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERINCE
Master’s degree in Audiology and CCC required for those licensed prior to 2007. Doctor of Audiology (AUD) required for post 2007 graduates. Work experience may not substitute for education requirements.
Preferred: ENG, ECOG and ABR experience
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Current Alabama license in audiology from the state of Alabama required. If licensed within another state, licensure must be updated within 30 (thirty) days of employment.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment
