Education:

  • Master's Degree in Audiology required
  • Doctoral degree in Audiology is preferred

Experience:

  • Two years clinical experience or a combination of education and experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and interpreting diagnostic audiometric testing.
  • Conducting hearing evaluations.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to the patient and referring physician.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation per protocol.
  • Implement best audiologic practices throughout workflow.
  • Obtaining continued education to learn and teach new technological advancements in the field of audiology.

Licenses/Certificates:

  • KY State licensure in Audiology (or in good standing to apply for KY licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or American Board of Audiology Certification (preferred)
