Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• The ideal candidate will also possess: strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• The ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and gather history.
• Conduct and interpret audiometric testing.
• Counsel patients and recommend hearing aids.
• Make ear impressions and order instruments.
• Program and fit hearing aids, address questions.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient outcomes.
• Support and coach team members to achieve goals.
