Are you a Licensed Audiologist looking to take on an assessment role?

Would you find it rewarding to serve the Veteran community?

We are seeking an Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

The Veteran files the claim before the appointment, with medical records uploaded into a computer portal for review. You will conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test, and complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the portal. This forms the medical evidence for VA benefits decisions.

Audiologists will NOT prescribe medical treatments or devices.

The position involves reviewing and assessing 3-6 Veterans per day on average.

Schedule: 4 days/week - Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri
This is an IN-PERSON role offering 1 to 1.5 hours per patient, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call duties, and no hearing aid sales.

Requirements:
- Au.D degree from an ASHA-accredited school
- Current Audiologist license
- Credentialing as per VA requirements
