Job summary

ENT LBM Audiology Operations in Colony Park North seeks an Audiologist Assistant to support clinic operations and improve patient experience by performing audiologic procedures under supervision and orders, and assisting patients with hearing devices.

Required credentials include ASHA C-AA or CMA/CCMA/NCCT/RMA variants; healthcare experience and hearing device familiarity are preferred. Passive administrative duties and device management are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Certifications or registrations listed are required.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Experience with hearing devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hearing aid operations: ordering, repairs, inventory, and patient follow-up.
• Perform basic audiologic procedures: calibration checks, otoscopic inspections, and hearing tests.
• Assist audiologists with pediatric and adult audiometry and hearing aid fittings.
• Conduct hearing aid orientations and demonstrate assistive listening devices (ALDs).
• Maintain audiology supply inventory and complete necessary documentation.
• Complete administrative tasks, including patient calls and correspondence.
• Duties may change; management reserves the right to modify responsibilities.
