Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho is seeking an Adult Hearing Aid Audiologist to provide patient-centered care, focusing on rehabilitating hearing loss with hearing aids and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

This position offers four 10-hour shifts across Mon, Wed, Thu, and Fri, with opportunities for on-site support services and professional development within St. Luke’s Hearing and Balance.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Audiology program.
• 1 year relevant experience (including 4th year).
• Valid license to practice audiology in state of employment and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Rehabilitation of hearing loss via hearing aids for adults.
• Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Four 10-hour shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

St. Luke’s Hearing and Balance is one of the largest audiologist-led teams in the Northwest with 34 audiologists, 15 vestibular certified physical therapists, and 3 listening and spoken language speech-language pathologists. We span 7 clinics in Southwest Idaho. We pride ourselves on multidisciplinary teamwork and providing the highest quality of care to the communities we serve.

What You Can Expect as an Adult Hearing Aid Audiologist:

• Rehabilitation/habilitation of hearing loss via hearing aids for adults
• Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Scheduled: Four 10-hour shifts - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from an accredited Audiology program.
• Experience: 1-year relevant experience (includes 4th year experience)
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid license to practice audiology in state of employment AND
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
