Job summary

360care seeks a compassionate Audiologist to serve geriatric and underserved communities as a 1099 Independent Contractor. You will travel to skilled nursing facilities, perform comprehensive audiological exams, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs, and document care in our EMR system.

Strong expertise in hearing aid dispensing and fitting is required; ENT experience is helpful. Flexible scheduling, with no evenings or weekends, supports a patient-first approach while you focus on

Qualifications

• AuD required with current licensure or eligibility.
• Experience dispensing, fitting, and repairing hearing aids.
• ENT experience is advantageous for complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations and auditory consultations.
• Perform diagnostic audiological exams, hearing aid evaluations, selections and repairs.
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids.
• Perform cerumen management where allowed by state regulations.
• Complete patient and clinical documentation in our EMR system.

Role Overview & Responsibilities for Audiologists:

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultation
• Traditional daily patient care will include comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and repair
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids
• Perform cerumen management, where allowed by state professional regulations
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation using our EMR system.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Doctorate of Audiology is required (AuD). If graduated before 2006 amaster’sdegree isacceptable
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing along with fitting, and repairs.
• ENT experience helpful
