Job summary

360care is seeking a compassionate Audiologist with a heart for Geriatric and Underserved Communities. This role focuses on providing dignity and quality of life to patients through on-site audiological services at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, enjoy great compensation and flexible scheduling without evening or weekend hours. You'll travel to facilities to conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide high-quality care using state-of-the-art portable equipment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Audiologist with experience in geriatric care.
  • Strong ability to conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations.
  • Proficient in hearing aid selection and adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations.
  • Dispense and adjust new hearing aids.
  • Complete required patient and clinical documentation.

Seeking a compassionate Audiologist with a heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities.

The Audiology services we provide to the residents of the facilities we serve provide them with dignity and quality of life.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability.

Role Overview & Responsibilities for Audiologists:

  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
  • Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultation
  • Traditional daily patient care will include comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and repair
  • Dispense and adjust new hearing aids
  • Perform cerumen management, where allowed by state professional regulations
  • Complete required patient and clinical documentation using our EMR system.

We Provide:

  • State of the art portable equipment and supplies
    • Curettes or suction, Head light with magnification, computer Audiometer, Tympanmeter, Noah Link
  • All scheduling and billing is completed by 360Care
  • Laptop for documentation
  • Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
  • Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director
