Job summary

hear.com is seeking an Audiologist with an active New York Au.D. license to join our remote tele-audiology team. You will conduct remote audiologic evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care, focusing on patient outcomes with innovative digital tools.

We offer base and performance bonuses (OTE $100,000–$120,000), 401(k), open PTO, and support for multi-state licensure. Schedule is Mon–Fri, with local-time hours, and home-office equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Active Au.D. license in NY.
• 2+ years of hearing aid fitting experience.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Comfortable working independently, using digital tools and learning new clinical technology.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive remote audiologic evaluations, perform otoscopic examinations, perform hearing aid fittings, and provide follow-up care
• Educate patients on hearing aid use and maintenance while setting realistic expectations for long-term success
• Help shape the future of digital hearing care by providing feedback on new technology, workflows, and patient experiences

What You Bring

• Active Au.D. license in NY
• 2+ years of hearing aid fitting experience
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care through innovative technology
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Comfortable working independently, using digital tools and learning new clinical technology
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses with all associated costs covered by hear.com

Compensation

• OTE: $100,000 to $120,000, comprised of base salary and monthly performance bonuses
• 401(k)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (your local time)
