Brooklyn Audiology Associates is looking for a private practice Audiologist with a passion for delivering exceptional hearing healthcare and tinnitus treatment in a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking environment. We are open to a full-time or part-time Audiologist in any of our 3 Brooklyn-based offices – Bay Ridge, Brooklyn Heights, and/or Sheepshead Bay.

What you’ll do:

1. Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations
2. Administer cognitive screenings
3. Extensive patient counseling
4. Fit premium hearing technology (including Lyric invisible extended wear devices) to treat patients suffering from hearing loss and/or tinnitus
5. Perform cerumen management
6. Take earmold impressions/Otoscans (3D images of the ear canal)
7. Perform virtual consultations
8. Troubleshoot hearing device related issues
9. Mentor Audiology doctoral students
10. Provide aural rehabilitation

Who you are:

1. Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) or Master of Audiology (M.A.) from an accredited program
2. Licensed to practice in New York State
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
4. Passionate about learning and improving your skills to provide high quality care
5. Team-player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment
6. Innovative, proactive and business-minded
