Job summary

Microtone Audiology, Inc. in Napa Valley is seeking a passionate dispensing Audiologist to join a busy private practice with offices in Napa, St. Helena and Santa Rosa.

You will perform a full range of diagnostic hearing tests, including pediatric and adult assessments, and dispense hearing instruments. An AuD and California Audiology Dispensing license are required; license can be applied for at employment.

Qualifications

• Must have AuD and California Audiology Dispensing license.
• Disciplined clinical judgment and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a busy private practice environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork with ENT doctors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full range of diagnostic hearing tests for pediatric and adult patients.
• Dispense hearing instruments and provide fitting and follow-up care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

We are seeking a passionate, dispensing Audiologist to join our team in the beautiful Napa Valley. Microtone Audiology, Inc. currently has offices in the city of Napa, St. Helena, and Santa Rosa. We are a very busy private practice and work closely with two Ear, Nose, and Throat doctors. The Audiologist will work five days per week, performing a full range of diagnostic hearing tests, including pediatric and adult hearing assessments, otoacoustic emissions testing, in addition to dispensing hearing instruments. The Audiologist will carry out appropriate treatment plans tailored to each patient. An AuD (doctorate degree in audiology) and a California Audiology Dispensing license is required. The California Audiology Dispensing license can be applied for at the time of employment. Fourth-year audiology students are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
