Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hearing loss according to audiological best practices.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients to address their unique needs and improve overall hearing health.
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide counseling on hearing loss management.
  • Recommend appropriate hearing aids or assistive devices based on patient needs.
  • Perform hearing aid fittings and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master of Audiology (M.A.) from an accredited program.
  • Current Florida state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an audiologist.
  • Preference for 2+ years’ experience in private practice setting
