Job summary

Hearing Partners of South Florida, Inc. in Palm Beach County, FL, is hiring a full-time audiologist to elevate patient care through diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, and tinnitus treatment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently in a well-established private practice.

You will conduct audiometric testing, program devices, and participate in community outreach while upholding evidence-based care and patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• AuD degree required and Florida Audiologist license in good standing.
• Private practice experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent patient communication and outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform audiometric testing and counseling; recommend devices and tinnitus options.
• Create ear impressions and order instruments.
• Program and adjust hearing aids; ensure proper fit.
• Fit Lyric and manage real-ear measurements and speech mapping.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Develop community outreach and physician marketing initiatives.

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, motivated team player that can work independently or in group settings to help continue to grow a well-established practice. An Audiologist with experience is preferred in a private practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-oriented individual. You will earn a competitive salary, plus commissions. We offer full benefits. Salary range based on Base + Commission 70K - 120K

• Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing devices as well as tinnitus treatment options.
• Make ear impressions for ear molds, order instruments.
• Program hearing aids.
• Fit Lyric.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems.
• Real-Ear / Speech Mapping / Speech in Noise.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Tinnitus evaluations and treatment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients.
• The ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, vendors, team members, and management.
