Job summary

ENT & Allergy Associates of Florida in Boca Raton is seeking a Clinical Audiologist to join our growing private practice. You will work with the ENT physician to provide comprehensive diagnostic testing and rehabilitative services in a patient‑centered environment.

The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to fit state‑of‑the-art hearing aids and ALDs, Tinnitus management, and allied services.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology or Master’s degree required.
• FL state licensure eligibility or active licensure preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills; ability to interact professionally with patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic tests and recommend rehabilitative services.
• Complete audiological and electrophysiological assessments (OAEs).
• Fit and dispense digital hearing aids and ALDs to support patient journeys.
• Aural rehabilitation assessments and community education programs.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with ENT physicians.

Well-known ENT office in the South Florida community seeking a Clinical Audiologist to join our growing team. ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is one of the largest private practice otolaryngology groups in the country. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group.

We are seeking a Clinical Audiologist to join our group that will bring a team-player attitude to partner with the ENT physician and an aptitude for excellent patient care.

We are currently seeking an Audiologist for a full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:30position in Boca Raton area.

Position Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic tests and make recommendations for best rehabilitative services
• Complete audiological and electrophysiological assessment (OAEs)
• Fitting and dispensing of state-of-the-art digital hearing aids and/or other ALDs/accessories to assure a successful patient journey
• Aural rehabilitation assessments and community education programs
• Create the best journey for the patient through proper instruction and counseling
• Other services you may provide: Tinnitus and Hyperacusis management and treatment, Implantable Services (Cochlear Implant, Baha, Ponto, Esteem Envoy); Industrial Hearing Conservation Identification and Management; Vestibular Evaluation and Rehabilitation; Electrophysiological assessment (ABR, EcoG, OAEs, VEMP), Central Auditory Processing Disorders; Clinical Trials

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Audiology or Masters degree
• Must be eligible for FL state licensure
• Professional Experience: seeking professionals with varying levels of experience (open to recent graduates)
• Must be able to problem solve and work independently when necessary
• Strong communication and computer skills are required
• A keen ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members is mandatory

Physical Demands:

Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of medical equipment and office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Incumbent must also be able to assist patients in transferring from wheelchair to an exam chair, when necessary. Responsibilities may also require the incumbent to travel between ENTAAF offices for support purposes. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
