Job summary

Pacer Group in East Hanover, NJ is seeking an experienced AV Technician to support C-Suite executives in enterprise meeting environments onsite. The role emphasizes high-visibility, time-sensitive meetings and coordination with leadership and their assistants.

Travel may be required up to 20 percent monthly; familiarity with Teams, Zoom, Webex and Cisco Webex hardware is valued. Onsite EST hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role supporting enterprise meeting environments.
• Strong AV fundamentals: signal flow, conferencing audio, camera framing, lighting, and troubleshooting.
• Direct support for C-Suite and executive stakeholders (high-visibility, time-sensitive meetings).
• Experience with industry collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) including scheduling, configuration, and live support.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism; able to interact with senior leadership.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting Cisco and Lenovo Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex hardware and software.
• 3+ years experience supporting executive/C-Suite level associates.
• Experienced with integrated AV environments, advanced control platforms, and conference room standards.
• ServiceNow ticketing experience and comfort working within SLAs.

Duration: Full Time

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite)

Work Arrangement: EST hours

Salary: $80,000/annum (Including 10-15% QPLC)

We are seeking an experienced AV Technician with a strong background supporting C-Suite executives and senior leadership

Travel may be required, up to 20 percent per month (varies by business needs; not always required).

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role supporting enterprise meeting environments. Strong understanding of AV fundamentals: signal flow, conferencing audio best practices, camera framing, lighting basics, and troubleshooting methodology.


• Demonstrated experience providing direct support for C-Suite and executive stakeholders (high-visibility, time-sensitive meetings).


• Strong working knowledge of industry collaboration tools (for example: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) including meeting scheduling, configuration, and live support.


• Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism; able to interact confidently with senior leadership and their support teams.


• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and remain composed in fast-paced environments.


• Experience supporting Cisco and Lenovo Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex hardware and technology


• 3+ Years Experience supporting executive/C-Suite Level associates


• Experienced with fully integrated AV environments, advanced control platforms, and corporate conference room technology standards
