IT Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Technologies

We’re seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join a dynamic team at a leading organization in Atlanta, GA, supporting high-impact medical education events. This is an exciting contract opportunity through the end of the year, perfect for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Duration: Contract through December 2025

Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive A/V support for events and meetings, operating in-room equipment like direct-feed cameras, mobile devices (e.g., iPads), and A/V systems.
• Set up and break down external audio/video equipment to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage the remote audience experience through in-room A/V systems.
• Oversee and maintain specialized equipment in a medical education facility, ensuring functionality and organization.
• Collaborate with support staff to deliver exceptional event experiences and support testing activities.
• Assist with equipment staging and delivery for installations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role, with expertise in operating A/V equipment (cameras, in-room systems, mobile devices).
• Comfort working in medical environments, including settings involving medical research (e.g., proximity to cadavers).
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA 5 days per week, with occasional weekend availability as required by the schedule.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members and support staff.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience supporting medical or educational events is a plus.
