INSPIRE seeks an AV Technician to work at the Dallas Renaissance in Dallas, TX. The role involves setting up and striking audio-visual equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely orders.

You will operate AV gear with knowledge of signal flow and specs, and communicate effectively with management and clients. Ideal candidates are experienced with AV technology, possess strong customer service skills, and can lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike AV equipment and keep inventory updated.

• Determine equipment shortages and prepare substitutions.
• Communicate with management regularly.
• Follow guidelines and schedules.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally and follow grooming policies.
• Maintain client and hotel staff relationships.
• Adapt in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Protect equipment and report damages.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

We are seeking an AV Technician to work at the Dallas Renaissance in Dallas, TX.

What You Would Do

• Prep, set, and strike audio-visual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times
• Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
• Operate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutions
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times
• Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule
• Professionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place
• Continue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated
• Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to respective personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Any other duties that are assigned
