A leading aerospace company in Florida is seeking an Audio Visual Systems Administrator to manage AV systems across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in AV equipment installation and maintenance, project management, and event production. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless audiovisual experience. This is an on-site position, aiming to enhance AV infrastructure for internal events and day-to-day operations.

As an audio visual systems administrator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Blue Origin's AV infrastructure. You will champion the planning, deployment, and maintenance of AV systems—including conference rooms, internal event production, digital signage, and facility improvements. This role requires close collaboration with vendors, and internal teams to design and implement AV solutions for various facilities. You will also play a vital part in the strategic administration of our videoconferencing network, ensuring seamless technology integration and excellent user experiences.
This position involves producing internal events, managing device firmware and hardware life cycles, handling facilities Move Add/Change/Requests, and overseeing AV technologies with tools such as Q-SYS Reflect, Teams Admin Center, Zoom Admin, Logitech Sync, and others.
