JOB SUMMARY
Conference room support for faculty and staff meetings, including training, troubleshooting, and hardware replacement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with audio, video, switching and control systems in conference rooms, classrooms, lecture hall etc. Online conference support for faculty and staff via the conference rooms and huddle rooms. Classroom, Lecture Hall and other Large Venue AV support. This position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, other internal technical operations, employees, contractors, and subcontractors. This position requires a wide range of technical and people skills to perform successfully. Complete Preventative Maintenance visits to ensure all conference rooms and systems are operating optimally. This position is 100% on site.

JOB DUTIES

• Performs audiovisual presentation support on campus and in remote locations. Interfaces computers with audiovisual systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repair on audiovisual equipment. Performs troubleshooting on audiovisual and computer presentation systems.
• Performs audiovisual recording of lectures and special events.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and submits requests for ordering of supplies.
• Completes service now work orders for assigned projects and submits completed work orders for processing.
• Assist in small installation projects
• Performs research into audiovisual technology and makes purchase recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
