Audio Visual Programmer Analyst (Experienced, Senior or Lead)

Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Intelligence Systems (IS) is looking for a motivated and self-starting Audio Visual Programmer Analyst (Experienced, Senior or Lead) to join our team based in Herndon, VA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• This position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (U.S. Citizenship Required) (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24months is considered active.)
• Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, and Visual Basic.
• Experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of complex A/V systems.
• Hands-on experience with network programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and integration best practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Level 5: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP).
• Experience with Crestron programming and system environments using SIMPL+ or C#.
• Experience translating customer requirements into software designs.
• Knowledge of software systems configuration management.
• Experience with object orientated programming.
• Experience with HTML/web programming (for user interface design).
• Crestron Gold level programming Certification or higher.
• Experience working with local and remote teams.
• Experience interfacing directly with all levels of staff and management.
• Experience working as a member of a development team.
