Job summary

Premiere SAV, an innovative home technology integrator with national reach, seeks an AV Technician in the Tampa/Sarasota area to install audio video systems and related controls.

You will work on site, pull wires, mount speakers, interpret schematics, and collaborate with project leaders. The role requires basic electronics knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for technology. Company offers PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Passion and interest in electronic systems or technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks for audio video systems including pulling wire, terminating cables, installing speakers, and mounting shades.
• Read and interpret schematics and spreadsheets.
• Use hand and power tools to drill holes, crimp connectors, along with various other AV system related tasks.
• Communicate well with the project lead or project manager.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
• Produce professional work to company installation standards.

• Perform installation tasks for audio video systems including pulling wire, terminating cables, installing speakers, and mounting shades

• Use hand and power tools to drill holes, crimp connectors, along with various other AV system related tasks
• Communicate well with the project lead or project manager
• Travel to various job sites as required

Education/Experience

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record
• Crestron, Savant, Control4 and Lutron preferred
• Prior AV or IT experience preferred
