Overview

Are you passionate about Audio Visual solutions and looking for an opportunity to lead and inspire a team on diverse and exciting projects? Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Installation Foreman to oversee and execute state-of-the-art installations. Your expertise will bring to life audiovisual projects through meticulous installation and exceptional leadership.

Active Top Secret Clearance Required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Lead installations with precision, from cable pulling and connector installations to mounting and metal fabrication, ensuring each project's success.
  • Translate electronic schematics and architectural blueprints into reality, crafting immersive audiovisual environments.
  • Empower your team through mentorship, guiding Technicians and Lead Technicians in the fine art of AV installation.
  • Serve as a pivotal liaison to clients, ensuring their vision is realized and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage project documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of audiovisual installation experience preferred.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Preferred External Training: InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry, InfoComm CTS General Certification, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course, Crestron Professional Installation Certification, Essentials of Crestron Programming, AMX Installer.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands of this position are those that are necessary to meet the responsibilities and essential functions of this position. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, be able to climb ladders up to 20 feet tall and be able to work in small spaces and on uneven surfaces. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. All offers are contingent on the successful completion of a background and drug screen.

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000.

Please note that this job posting includes base salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region where the requisition is posted. If the position is posted in multiple locations or is a remote position, the salary range may vary. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation such as bonuses, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
