Job summary

The Fort Collins Hilton, part of Atrium Hospitality, seeks a part-time banquet/server to help create memorable events. You will transform rooms, assist with table setups, and ensure spaces are guest-ready at all times.

You bring 6+ months of banquet or serving experience, a high school diploma, and safety certifications (or plan to complete within 90 days). You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay agile in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Banquet or serving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Certifications (or ability to complete within 90 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Flexibility to bend, squat, and hustle.

Responsibilities

• Transform meeting rooms into event-ready spaces per the BEO.
• Keep event areas clean, organized, guest-ready before, during, and after events.
• Be the go-to person for guests during events, answering questions and meeting needs.
• Set up and manage audio-visual equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols.

• Keep event areas spotless, organized, and guest‑ready before, during, and after the party.
• Be the go-to hero for guests during events—answering questions, meeting needs, and making magic happen.
• Set up and manage audio-visual equipment like a backstage pro.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to keep everyone safe

What We Are Looking For:
