Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation in Medora, North Dakota, is seeking an Assistant Audio Engineer to ensure sound and technical aspects of the Medora Musical operate smoothly. The role serves as in-house audio engineer for performances, concerts, and events across TRMF venues.

Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, repairs, and consultative support for all in-town audio needs, plus pre/post-show duties and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service focus.
Must be able to operate a sound board and troubleshoot audio equipment.
English fluency required.
Reliable, on-time and ready for every shift.
Previous guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote sales of TRMF events and services with complete information.
Stay informed about Medora events to inform guests accurately.
Work as a Sound/General Technician as assigned by Theater Manager.
Serve as a consultant for in-town Audio needs.
Lead audio tech for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting at TRMF venues.
Maintain and repair audio equipment and microphones as needed.
Assist with pre-show and post-show duties for the Medora Musical.
Follow safety procedures and participate in trainings.
