Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking an Audio Technician 2 for The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs to support high‑level conferences and events with professional AV setup. This full‑time position requires hands‑on operation, maintenance, and quick problem solving.

Candidates should have 4+ years of AV experience in large settings, strong customer service, a professional appearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer a competitive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an AV Technician in a hotel, church, and/or large corporation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Must be self-motivated and organized.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Solid and demonstrable customer service relationship skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Maintain all audio-visual equipment.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep, set, and strike audio‑visual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times.
• Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Operate AV equipment with a full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutions.
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times.
• Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule.
• Professionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place.
• Continue our long‑standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff.
• Work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment where input is always appreciated.
• Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to the respective personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Any other duties that are assigned

Location: The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs, CO.

Salary range: $22.00-29.00 per hour.
