The position supports the Audio Recording Program by assisting students and staff with lab activities and equipment. Responsibilities include monitoring lab hours, organizing equipment, and helping with classroom setup and software maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of audio fundamentals, terminology, and audio recording hardware and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide support to students and users.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Open Lab hours in the Computer Music Classroom/Lab.
• Organize, maintain, and inventory audio equipment.
• Set up classrooms and audio equipment for classes and activities.
• Assist with housekeeping and general organization of workspaces.
• Perform minor office tasks and other related duties as assigned.
• Assist with maintaining and updating audio software as needed.
• Provide support to students using audio equipment and classroom resources.
