ONE | A Potter's House Church is seeking a skilled Audio Engineer A1/Lead to oversee and ensure excellence in our production for Sunday services and other church events. This role demands a high level of expertise in live event audio, including setup, mixes, mastering, programming, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will manage the technical aspects of audio and lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve high production standards.

Job Highlights:

Lead live sound for Sunday services, mix FOH/monitors/broadcast, train volunteers and staff, and optimize technology for seamless experiences at ONE. Join a high-energy team where excellence meets ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all audio aspects for Sunday services and special events, including in-person and online broadcasts, ensuring top-quality production.
• Perform setup and installation of audio equipment, including cable management, software setup, and patching.
• Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to maintain seamless production quality.
• Master live event audio setups and online audio mixes/mastering.
• Manage and direct a team of staff and volunteers.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers in audio to improve their skills and engagement.
• Collaborate with the production team and other departments for effective event execution.
• Stay updated on the latest audio technologies and best practices to continually improve production quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience and mastery in live event audio setup and mixing, including online audio and mastering.
• Experience with Allen & Heath Avantis consoles (64 channels), Dante Audio Networking, and Logic Pro.
• Strong technical skills in setup, installation, and troubleshooting of audio systems.
• Leadership experience managing and developing a team of staff and volunteers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Alignment with the mission and values of ONE | A Potter's House Church.
• Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and other event days as needed.

Salary Range: $30-$50 per hour
