Job summary

Innodata is seeking detail-oriented annotators to support an AI audio evaluation project. You will transcribe English speech, identify speakers, and describe voice characteristics, ensuring accurate labeling of vocal and environmental sounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Preferred background in Linguistics, Voice Coaching/Analysis, Audio Production, or related fields.
• Excellent English writing and listening skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle audio differences.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe English speech accurately, including accents, fillers, and repetitions.
• Identify and track speakers, including overlapping conversations.
• Describe voice qualities such as pitch, tone, pace, clarity, and emotion.
• Identify and timestamp vocal expressions and environmental sounds.
• Review machine-generated transcripts and correct errors in content, timing, and speaker attribution.
