Avant Food Media is growing again! We are currently in search of a part-time audience development coordinator who is digital savvy and down with data analytics.
Our content includes Commercial Baking’s bi-monthly magazine and Craft to Crumb's bi-monthly “mini-mag,” plus monthly/weekly newsletters, podcasts, videos and various custom digital products for companies ranging from small startups to 100-year-old global brands. We deliver fresh, easy-to-access print and digital content, and high-quality audience development is a key element.

What you’ll be doing:
-Collecting, formatting and reporting detailed analytics for digital ad campaigns
-Monitor and deliver data analytics to clients on regular basis or upon request
-Collecting topline data for Avant Food Media’s editorial product performance
-Proactively identify trends in editorial content and/or ad campaigns
-Creating and maintaining master report spreadsheets
-Researching and identifying useful tools for data tracking
-Manage subscription database by reviewing subscription applications
-Work with third-party vendor to manage lists for various digital campaigns
-Coordinate scheduling for all digital sends
-Assist with subscription growth strategies, welcome campaigns and gated content
What it takes:
-Associate’s degree or higher in business, business analytics or related field
-Minimum of 1-2 years in analytics or database management
-Superior organizational and project management skills
-Ability to work independently, with small internal team or in client settings
-Ability to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in data results
-Balance of soft and technical skills
-Knowledge of publishing/advertising preferred | food industry knowledge a plus
