Job summary

Audi Fort Washington, part of Holman Enterprises, is seeking automotive technicians of all experience levels to support a growing service department. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered based on qualifications.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on certifications, experience, and technical skills. Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, diagnostics, and warranty repairs.

Qualifications

• Audi/VW Certified is highly desired.
• Technical automotive training/degree or ASEs desired.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance services.
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Conduct vehicle testing and quality control inspections.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Audi standards.
• Document repairs and recommendations accurately in repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training programs
