Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficient in using shop tools, equipment, and software for inventory and scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Preferred: certification in a relevant trade or technical field.
• Preferred: experience with the Audi brand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and quality control checks on completed work.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance schedules, and employee performance.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of shop personnel.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our shop.
