What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Porsche and Audi vehicles.
• Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Properly story out your repair order, explaining your findings related to the cause, your correction and have the ability to do this to manufacturer specifications.

What We Require:

• Experience:2+ years as a Service Technician, preferably with VW / Audi / Porsche.
• Certifications:Audi or VW certification preferred, ASE certifications preferred (A or B level qualifications).
• Skills:Proficiency in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of automotive systems.
• Qualities:Positive attitude, strong work ethic, job focus, and excellent teamwork abilities.
• Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a clean record.
