The Master Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty through trust and confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle's safety and reliability.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
  1. Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
  2. Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage work and customer communication effectively.
  3. Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with customer authorization.
  4. Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary services to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
  5. Document all work performed on each vehicle accurately.
  6. Maintain an inventory of standard tools and participate in factory-sponsored training as needed.
  7. Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.

Success is measured by achieving targeted production, sales, and customer satisfaction scores.

What are the minimum requirements?
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of experience as an Audi or Volkswagen technician.
  3. Dealership experience of at least 2 years.
  4. Automotive technical training relevant to store needs.
  5. Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
