Responsibilities:

• Approach, Greet, and Offer Assistance or Direction To Customers
• Maintain and/or Exceed Sales Goals
• Assist Customers in Selecting Vehicles by Asking Questions and Listening
• Explain Product Performance, Technology, and Dealership Benefits
• Tour the Facility with Guests
• Describe Upgrades, Accessories, and Optional Equipment
• Build Long-Term Customer Relationships
• Overcome Objections, Close Sales, and Follow the Sales Process
• Report Daily Contact and Sales Activities to Your Manager
• Manage Customer Database Using CRM Tools
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Requirements
• Perform Other Duties as Required

Requirements:

• Prior Automotive Experience Preferred
• Comfort with Commission-Based Pay
