Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Yard Staff member to safely receive, process, line up, sale day support, and check-out consigned equipment for the auction.

You will drive and operate heavy and light equipment, perform facility inspections, basic maintenance, and assist with signage, loading, and logistics to ensure smooth auction days. A strong focus on customer service for internal and external customers, reliability, and safety will help you thrive on our yard team within a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• Good customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment
• Manages keys for equipment
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp
• Perform other duties as assigned
