Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Driver I - Non-DOT to support our USA operations at a Cox location. The hourly pay rate is $18.81, and the role is an Individual Contributor position in the Vehicle Operations family.

Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale days, move vehicles between areas, and assist dealers and customers while observing road rules and safety procedures. A valid license is required and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and walk long distances.
• Willingness to work at a Cox location and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses.
• Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by supervisor or team leader.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed.
• Notify supervisor if a vehicle is inoperative or out of gas.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
