Job summary

AAAG-Ohio LLC in Obetz, OH is seeking a part-time Auction Vehicle Driver to move customer vehicles safely around our auction property and through sale lanes on Wednesday sale days.

You may work on Wednesdays 7am-4pm or take extra hours during the week; this role does not involve long-distance driving and is entry level. Join a hands-on team during fast-paced auction events with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Move customer vehicles safely around property and through lanes.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns during sale days.
• Park vehicles in proper locations based on run numbers in windshields.
• Start vehicles in assigned lanes before sale time and ensure keys are in ignition.
• Keep vehicles moving through the lane with doors unlocked.

Auction Vehicle Driver (Part Time)

Growing national auto auction is seeking a Part-Time Auction Vehicle Driver. This is an entry level position.

You have the choice of working on Sales Day only (Wednesdays 7am - 4pm), or you can pick up more hours during the week. This is somewhat flexible based on your availability. Wednesdays are the minimum requirement.

Position Summary for Auction Vehicle Driver (Part Time)

Part-time Auction Vehicle Driver needed to move customer vehicles safely and efficiently around our auction property and through the auction lanes during sale days. This position does not involve long-distance driving or vehicle delivery.

Rewards for Auction Vehicle Driver (Part Time)

• $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Work Hours for Auction Vehicle Driver (Part Time)

• Wednesday 7am - 4pm is required (Auction Sale Day)
• The rest of the week (minus Wednesday) has flexibility
• No weekends

Responsibilities for Auction Vehicle Driver (Part Time)

• Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
• Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
• Ensure cars are parked in proper location based on run number in windshield on sale day.
• Start every vehicle in assigned lane prior to sale time. Lift hood on all vehicles that do not start. Roll down or crack driver’s side window.
• Ensure keys are in ignition for all vehicles in your lane on sale day.
• Be in assigned lane prepared for sale when auction starts.
• Keep vehicles moving throughout the lane through the sale with all doors unlocked.
• Ensure the vehicle is as close to its’ original spot as possible with windows up when parking it when exiting lane.
• Work well independently as well as a team player.
• Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
• Performs other duties as necessary.
